It's a .jpg because the quality of the jpg was better than the quality of a 128 dithered .png for 40 less kilobytes. When you have a large image with many, many colors it is better to save it as a jpg because the compression technique differs from that of .pngs and .gifs. Bandwidth is not free, and people are not patient.

Hello, it is the Angry Pizza Delivery Guy again. Jeff, like I said before, I plan on buying some of your stuff, but I can't now since my money is about to be taken by THE MAN.
Apparently, being at interstate speeds when you hit the interstate is "Unsafe Acceleration" as opposed to still being 15 mph below the limit when you get on and being an obstical to traffic. I declare the situation "Retarded".
