In the fourth panel of the last Science Cop strip, the explosion blew off all of his skin (leaving a perfectly blood-free freestanding skeleton) but not his eyeglasses? All of MY victims...

Jeff, congrats on the Wilhelm. I wanted you to know that Overcompensating was also the Yankee Fog Website of the Year. But unlike those snobs over at the Wilhelm awards, I am willing to give my award to every man, woman, and child on the internet. Take that, you usually meritocratic universe!
True Science Cops have extra glasses that are actually a part of their skeleton, so that if they get blown up there is still a pair of glasses just sittin' there.
They can do this - they are scientists.
